DrumMan, -aka- Frank Johnson,
Is a Florida born native (USA)-
Traveled the globe as a USAF dependent-
started playing drums in 1967,
with Progressive Rock being the preffered Style.
My Major Influences were - -
Emerson, Lake, & Palmer, Triumvirat, Grand Funk, Tomita, Kraftwerk, Kansas, Led Zeppilin, Yes, RUSH, Van Halen,& other Prog Rock acts - And newer acts such as Ozrik Tentacles, Dream Theater, Fight, Liquid Tension E.-
and too many other's to name - I really like a blend of Original Progressive / Symphonic art rock & Electronica /Metal/ Rave / Techno / Classic rock.~

In the 80's,became interested in Digital percussion & MIDI,since,have stayed on top of the tech,and recorded some very cool stuff !
Concerts, Local Bands, School Clinics, Touring--it's all good
I currently also have a Trapkat/ Yamaha/ Roland/hybrid MIDI Rig
Played with a lot of bands, some Original , Metal, Southern Rock, Classic Rock,and have recently moved to Asheville North Carolina--to start "mountainous decibel devastation"
